traditional food in Jeddah

Today, I am going to show you one of traditional food in Jeddah, KSA.
This dish is called "Masub." It is really good and moist. also, it's very healthy.
Ingredients:
bread (Wheat)
1/4 butter
2 bananas
4 of spoon cream
2 of spoon honey
little pieces of cheese


I can't find wheat bread so this is bread  avail in America : /










Directions
First of all, you should cut the bread and put it in a pan with the butter.




 When the bread become soft, you should but the cream. Then but them in a blender with the bananas and the honey .
Next, put them on a plate with addition the cheese.


I did not use wheat bread I used white :)




I put it everything in blender except honey because I don't like honey :(

    Is this eaten as a meal or as a dessert? Is there a certain time of day or a certain meal when it is eaten?

    Also, please tell me more about what type of bread you traditionally use. From the photo, it looks like a flat bread, like an Indian bread or a pita bread. Is there a certain type of cheese that you use? Is cheese a common food in KSA?

    I am going to try and make this! I'll let you know how it comes out!
